Valleybrook Blackwood NJ | Valleybrook Golf | Valleybrook Homes For SaleApril 2022 showed the market for Valleybrook is still strong! We are still seeing well over normally sold prices in the entire development and only 13 days on market until pending. However, I do see a slowdown of some type coming. I also believe home prices may drop, how much, I can't tell, but with interest rates climbing into the 5% range and the feds raising the rates again, we can expect some sort of shift in prices. Across the board for the country, mortgage applications dropped nearly 40% from April of 2021. While I wouldn't panic yet, If you are considering listing your Valleybrook home, i'd consider doing it pretty soon to maximize your return.
