Well, after ... what Ravi, about 6 times asking when you are available for lunch? ..... we finally meet.  I have been trying to meet with Ravi since we started talking back in December of 2006 because of Active Rain. But with the holidays, then my move to a new company back on January 21st, and a few other things, we finally did meet.  I did invite him out to meet Rob Robinson and myself back in mid March for the tip off of March madness. Holy Cross High School is a private Roman Catholic school located in Delran, NJ.  In fact, it's the only Roman Catholic school in Burlington County.  Starting this September, Holy Cross is taking a big leap into the 21th Century by requiring Tablet Computers for all it's incoming freshman.  The computers will be integrated into the school curriculum and will be used to for assignments, class presentations and for interaction between students and teachers.  The school will even support a wireless internet connection through most of the school.  This sounds like a great idea to help set Holy Cross apart from other schools.  Holy Cross has suffered from decreased enrollment over the past few years and has seen some financial troubles well.  Through all this, the school has continued to tak...

Welcome to my next post on Delran.  This stop is at Millside Plaza on Rt. 130 which is located between Haines Mill Rd and Suburban Blvd. Millside Plaza has benefited from a complete overhaul over the past couple of years and the last set of stores are currently opening. To start, let's take a step back in time. For those familiar with Millside, it was once anchored by a Shop Rite, K-Mart and a movie theater. I believe it was originally built in the late '70s.  I still remember riding my bike as a kid up to the movies to catch the premiere of the first Batman movie with Michael Keaton and Kim Basinger. But once Lowe's Multiplex opened in Cherry Hill, that was the demise of the movie theater. Next came the closing of K-Mart with the emergence of Wallmart down the highway. Then, Shop Rite j...
