We are always looking to try new restaurants in the communities we service.  Several months ago, a new establishment opened in the Target Shopping Plaza on Central Avenue in Clark.  Paragon Tap and Table bills itself as a purveyor of craft beers and craft food.  Chef/Owner Eric LeVine happens to be a Chopped Champion and cook book author.This past Tuesday we finally got to have dinner there.  While we didn't sample any of the craft beers or sangria (we had to go to an office meeting afterwards) we did enjoy a nice meal.  However, they do have 20 different beers on tap and the bar menu has a wide selection of wines and lots of creative cocktail offerings.  The house sangria is supposed to be excellent.
