There is (1) home currently For Sale with (0) homes currently Pending or Under Contract. The Average Sale Price of homes Sold has declined steadily for the past five years from a high of $880K in 2008 to a low of $700K in 2012 YTD. Note that there were no home sales in 2011. Prices over the past several years for homes in Colby Farm range from the mid to high $700's, however some the larger homes will sell for more.
