Hi everyone, I just opened my "Realtor Magazine"  An article regarding David Lereah's latest book, ALL REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL.  I love it!  The title of the article is "What's your area's DNA?"  So my goal is to buy the book and start a Blog to gather details on Bordentown's DNA - sounds fun, but should inform the consumer.  It is a good time to buy and sell in Bordentown.  Our Market is "HOT!" Any comments on Bordentown's DNA-  POST HERE-THANKS!

Our Local Mortgage rep was just in our office.  The mortgage industry isn't as bad as the News is saying.  You can still get a mortgage the standards are just a little tougher.  You would be amazed where people can find money for downpayments ect.  Educate your consumers - it is possible.  If people think they have to have perfect credit, that's not the case.  It's up to us in our area of Jersey to educate them about our market.  Realtors unite!
