Hillsborough County NH home sales August 2011.  The sales data for Hillsborough County homes sold indicates an increase in pending home sales over the same period last year; the data also shows a solid increase in Hillsborough County homes sales of 19.8% over last year.  Inventory has decreased slightly by 4%. Now these are some things we haven't heard for a while...we have a long way to go, but we welcome news like this.
