We had three sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in January of 2008. That compares to 10 in January of 2007, and 6 in 2006 and 2005. For calendar year 2007- 106 sales took place on Lake Winnipesaukee with an average sales price of $1,193,734 and a average list price of $1,304,699. That calculates out to a 91% list to sales price ratio which is still a strong number for what people consider to be a slowing market.
