Nearly every Home Buyer will ask "Why is the Seller selling?" Last night as I got done showing homes for sale, I cozied up to one of my favorite restaurants on Lake Winnipesaukee. The sky was pink as the sun set. As I waited for my table this family also in line was talking about how much they love the Lake life. They are ready to sell their home back in Manchester and live at the lake full time.  I must of perked up hearing the words "ready to sell me home." The wife had engaged in conversation early as we all waited in line, sitting on a brick wall over looking the lake. I let them know I could certainly help them sell their home.
