A home seller whose home went unsold for the last 6 months called when their listing expired. They had mountains of showings and no offers they said. They asked me to come over to tell them what is wrong and how would I be able to sell it if no one else could. I headed over to this Manchester NH Area home. An amazing question asked by a seller who is listed with another agency. What should I counter the buyer at? They are not my listing or buyer. There agent is representing the buyer and the seller and submitted a low offer to them. Home Buyers use different techniques to find the perfect home. One Home Buyer put together a full page of questions for the seller on a  Manchester NH area home. Yes, a full page. How long does it take a buyer driving by a home for sale to decide if they want to go inside or not? Check out this Manchester NH area home. Late fall there was an expired listing who called me to list their home. It had been for sale around 9 months. Pulling up this is what i saw.  Do you see it?
