Purchasing NH real estate at a pre-foreclosure auction is a risky process. The majority of Bow NH foreclosures are purchased from the lender that takes possession of the property as high bidder at the auction. These foreclosed properties are available for sale as bank owned or REO (real estate owned) listings. You will have the opportunity to view the properties and conduct proper home inspections once the property is under contract. Most properties are marketed with real estate agents and placed in the NH Multiple Listing Service (to ensure full market exposure). Register at the Bow NH bank owned listing service to receive all MLS foreclosures meeting your criteria. We will contact you and provide: A list of existing real estate foreclosures. Email alerts on NEW foreclosures. Address a...

The statistics listed below show the current conditions of the Bow NH market from the begginging of the decline in 2006 to the present day. Median sales price is a good indicator. It shows a 11.8% loss from 2006 to the 2009. This really isn't bad when considered to some other communities that have seen 20%+ declines in the same time range. More desireable towns such as Bow, hold values better in declining markets.

Bow, New Hampshire Foreclosures, Short Sales and Bank Owned Real Estate Purchasing property at a Bow NH foreclosure auction has many risks to a potential buyer and in most cases the bank will bid and take possession of the property at the auction. The property is then referred to as bank owned, REO (real estate owned) or foreclosed property. A home owner may attempt a "short sale" whereby the bank agrees to accept less than the mortgage balance based on the owner's hardship and financial status. Obtaining approval can be a long and difficult process. Additionally, there is no assurance that the lender will accept an offer at or above the listed price. Register at Bow NH foreclosures (bank-owned) listings and short sale opportunities. We will contact you and provide: A list of existing r...

Bow NH has held up well from 2008 to 2009. There was a slight INCREASE in avg sales price price as well as the number of homes sold from 2008 to 2009. Some other area towns have seen a decline of up to 10% or more from 2008 to 2009. At the current rate of transactions there is currently over a 1 year worth of inventory on the market in Bow NH. Sellers: 4 or 5 homes per month are being sold and they are 69 homes available. Ask yourself why they would choose your home over others available for sale?? Pricing and staging are more important than ever.

Bow New Hampshire Real Estate Tour Bow, New Hampshire was chartered in 1727. Some say the town derived its name from its location at the bow in the Merrimack River, just south of the state capital in Concord. Wherever the origin of the name, many beautiful reminders of the town's colonial beginnings remain today. For most early settlers, farming was a way of life. The many stone walls which line Bow's streets, yesterday's survey markers for 100-acre plots of land, serve as vivid hallmarks of the town's agricultural past. Industry has long been a mainstay of life in Bow, with local waterways providing the necessary horsepower to fuel several excellent mill sites. The sawmill and gristmill formed the hub of the section of town referred to as "Bow Mills", one of the first local settlements...

This past Fall I did a post about the Second Annual PIC Auction called I Aint No French Maid! The biggest "ticket " item bid on was a dinner for eight, cooked in the Buyers home, totalling five courses. My Brother, who is a Chef with his own restaurant, Sul Mare in Tenants Harbor Maine, donated his services. I was elected to help prep and serve!   The lucky winners requested that I come attired as a French Maid....and being used to being accommodating...as most good Realtors are...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   Our dinner was this past Sunday evening just outside of Concord in Bow, NH. We arrived at the house at 4:30 with a 6:00 dinner hour planned.  I was dressed in appropriate attire! We prepped for the Minestrone Soup, Caesar Salad and stuffing for the Shrimp and Lobster Raviol...
