We stumbled upon this fantastic interactive map detailing U.S. housing price appreciation since 1975.  (Click or copy+paste this link http://www.estateofmindsites.com/subscriber_new/map.php?user_id=1&share=y ) The statistics included in this map make us even more excited to be in the real estate business in North Dakota!  Just over the past 5 years, North Dakota is one of only 9 states to have appreciated.
