After 11 years, the Gary Shell Cross-City Trail is complete. It spans 15 miles from Wade Park in Wilmington to the ICWW in Wrightsville Beach, NC. It provides bicyclists, runners, and walkers a safe way to traverse the city. This last completed branch goes under the Heide Trask drawbridge to provide access to restaurants and residences in the area. I can't tell you how many times per week someone calls me to tell me even now with loan limits at all time highs with FHA they aren't high enough in "My Area". You want everything handed to you... wow. FHA is so very responsive to market conditions as the have been for many years. Let's say your county has a maximum loan limit for SFRs at $271,000 but your median price range is $400,000. Simply document the facts. Provide your local FHA lender with documentation of home prices in your area and they can request that HUD review this info to get the loan limits increased.
