You have to love this Master planned community built by John Wieland Builders.  It has everything you could desire.  Lets start with the usual.  Huge (and I mean huge) Clubhouse and pool!  There is also 4 tennis courts and a basketball court with a play area for the kiddies!  I am sure a bunch of your new found friends would love to play some volleyball or badmitton on the court in back of the swimming pool!  So come on down and check out Weddington Chase, it is an awesome community with plenty of kids, but with all the property you get, no one is right on top of anyone.  Check out my slideshow for more pictures!Here are some of the facts about this community as of July 20th 2007!27 homes are For Sale! 2 are pending sale.  The lowest asking price is $545,000 and the highest is $929,000.... 07/24/2007
