 Lawson Neighborhood in Waxhaw, NC: Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight 3rd Quarter 2020 25 homes sold in Lawson during the Third Quarter 2020, three fewer than the same quarter one year ago. Lawson had eight more listings for sale than in the same quarter one year ago. However, the overall lack of new listings was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 104 days to 29 days compared with the same quarter one year ago. As a result, home sellers received 100.1% of their asking price during the first quarter 2020. Median list and sale prices for Lawson homes increased in the 3rd quarter 2020 versus 2019, as did average and median listing prices. New listings were also up compared with the same quarter one year ago -- up by 7 homes. Cureton home sellers received 99.4% of asking price on average. Average days on market were higher than one year ago at 54 days, but median days on market were just 19 days.
