This resulted in home prices increasing 26.9% year-over-year. Average days on market decreased 24 days to 16 days year-over-year. Average days on market also decreased by 9 days month-over-month. New listings in the first quarter of 2021 increased by two compared with the same quarter the prior year.  Median listing and sale prices increased versus the first quarter of 2020. New listings were also down compared with the same quarter one year ago -- down 10 homes. It should be pointed out that 12 new listings in a community with over 500 homes, is no "real" inventory to speak of. Cureton home sellers received 100.7% of asking price on average. Average days on market were 11.
