Shocking as it may seem, I have come up against several listings with my buyer clients that have multiple offers on them over the past 12 months. I am seeing this mostly in the Union County area of Waxhaw, NC in a pricepoint between $400,000-$1,000,000 which seems odd in this market, but the evidence is there. Waxhaw foreclosures have been at an all time high due to Union County building ever so fast in 2005 and 2006.
