The average sale price of Waxhaw area homes increased by 8.8% to just over $412,000 versus September 2014. Median days on market for property listings dropped by 16 days to 36 days, a 30.8% improvement over the same period last year.  Price per square foot also increased by 5.5% to $116/square foot during September 2015 versus September 2014.  Closed sales  in Waxhaw/Weddington/Marvin areas decreased 10.2% in September 2015.
