  Home sales were brisk in Waxhaw's neighborhood of Hunter Oaks in the fourth quarter of 2016, with seven closed sales and two pending sales as published by Carolina Multiple Listing Service. As of December 31st, 2016 five homes were available for sale in this in-demand  subdivision conveniently located behind Charlotte's Ballantyne area and just over the Union County border.
