When you are searching for homes for sale in Wake Forest NC you can't just assume that you will be living in Wake County!  There is a small area of Wake Forest NC that I like to consider the Bermuda Triangle of Wake Forest.  ;)  A Wake Forest address can mean that you live in: Wake County Franklin County Granville County Why should you care?  There are a few differences from county to county: SCHOOLS!  If you live in Franklin County or Granville County your children do not go to Wake County Schools.  I know for the majority of people that I speak to that search for homes for sale in Wake Forest are specifically looking for Wake County Schools.   TAXES - taxes are completely different for each county. The Annual Wake Forest Easter Egg Hunt is coming up this weekend so get your baskets ready.  This event is fun for ALL ages and each year somehow gets better than the last.  This year the hunt is on at E. A very few miles from Raleigh is the charming town of Wake Forest, and there you will find the Sunflower Studio and Gallery. The Sunflower showcases the work of local artists, including six Artists in Residence and a Guest Artist whose work is on display for a month. In addition to the featured paintings, you can browse and admire jewelry, pottery, notecards, and more. Notable Neighborhoods in Wake Forest NC - Twin Creeks Twin Creeks in Wake Forest NC is an scenic little pocket of homes tucked in behind Olde Mill Stream meaning there is ZERO through traffic.  The developers did a brilliant job back in 2007 when the area was first being developed maintaining the natural surroundings and leaving as many trees as possible in tact.  This small neighborhood is peaceful and most definitely tranquil!
