Wake Forest NC Parks and Recreation Offers Swim Lessons - Register NOW!Staring June 1, 2012, Wake Forest NC Parks and Recreation will be opening registration for Swim Lessons.  Registration will be held at the Wake Forest NC Town Hall at 301 S. Brooks St.  These group lessons (4 per group) are taught by certified Town Staff and offered for several age groups.  There are classes for preschoolers (ages 3-5), Beginners (ages 6 and above) and Advanced Beginners.  Classes meet Monday - Thursday for one week and each session is 45 minutes.  Several sessions are available this summer. I wrote this post way back in 2008 and discovered it again today.  It reminded me that no matter how crazy, stressful and "unplanned" my days become in this whacked, fast paced business to take time to realize and take note of the simple things that really bring me joy and make my heart sing..... Clearly the market has become more active since the same time period last year in Percentage of List Price received and Pending Sales but remains a little uncertain with both Average and Median Sales Prices.  Another great indicator of a rebounding market is the number of closed sales. February 2012  had a +12.5% increase in Homes that Closed compared with February 2011.  It is important to keep in mid that the Days on Market though has increased.  So while the homes ARE selling it is taking a touch longer to get them under contract.  Patience is a Virtue!  There are currently 537 homes for sale in Wake Forest NC with over 48% of them being in the sweet spot ($200,000 - $400,000) so competition is fierce.  If you are ready to play ball you better be competitive, look your best, and be a... 03/26/2012

Wake Forest NC has a vast variety of homes for sale from Townhomes to Estate Homes!  There are different styles, sizes, and neighborhood locations available but two price points have consistently remained the most robust and those are the $200,000 - $299,999 and $300,000 - $399,999 price range.
