In 1974, long before I was a REALTOR,  I purchased a house in West Los Angeles for my 5 year old son and myself. It was a down market allowing me to buy in this upscale area.  This was the last time I remember a reasonable asking price on a home in Southern California!  Soon after moving in we felt disturbances in the house.  The items in my son's room were moved around, light fixtures rattled, we heard occasional unexplained noises, and we both saw a floating shape out of the corner of our eyes from time to time.  We were neither afraid or concerned.  It all seemed to be part of the house. Prior to closing, we knew nothing about hauntings!  Heck, I would have bought it anyway!
