This sign marks one of the entrances to McCracken Heights in Sanford, NC.  McCracken Heights is located on the North side of Sanford and is located close to US1, making this subdivision convenient to Raleigh, RTP, and just about everywhere.  Bullock Elementary is located just down the street.  McCracken Heights is also located close to several local shopping centers.  There are just over 50 home sites within McCracken Heights.  McCracken Heights is one of the oldest subdivisions in Sanford, with homes built starting in the 1920s and 30s.  This subdivision has remained popular throughout the years and a few homes have recently been built on some of the few remaining infill lots within this subdivision.Since January of 2005, seven homes have sold within McCracken Heights.  Prices for hom... 05/02/2007
