1016 Portico Place in Raleigh. The Scenes That Did Not Make The Movie! As in all great films there are just some scenes that do not make the final cut, it could be time issues, or plot change issues. In our case in the shooting of the video for the great home at 1016 Portico Place in Raleigh NC, it was the directors fault. I presumed my eight year old son Rory had seen the music video of Bob Dylan from the 60's-70's. My Bad, anyway here he is doing a great job describing the many features of this home. 08/25/2010

And The Oscar Goes To........... Well Not Me, But This House Deserves An Oscar! Actually Hollywood's the last place I would go, but Video, Video, Video is what everyone is talking about these days when it comes to real Estate. To me it makes perfect sense. A picture paints a thousand words but what about the neighborhood, the entrance, the house next door? A video can show things about a house, neighborhood, yard etc. that no amount of Realtor words or pictures can hope to address.
