In a Buyer's Market - Get a Home Inspection Before Listing Your Property

When you are getting ready to list your home and you live in an area where there is a "Buyer's Market", make sure that your house is in great condition before showing it to potential buyers. With more homes out there to choose from, buyers are not going to be hunting for homes in poor condition or in need of a lot of costly repairs. In consultaion with your listing agent, select a qualified home inspector or contractor to inspect your house. Make any necessary repairs before lisitng your house. Your real estate agent can retain the documentation to show to potential buyers and their real estate agents.
