Thank the Good Lord for another Good day.Today I showed property to folks that I have sold to 20 years ago.  It is good to still have folks that think you did a good job for them then and I hope that I can still do good for work them now. They are choosing to move back to Oak Island after building their dream home on the banks of a river in  Tennessee.. Then I have 4 "come and list my house" calls.  WE worked all afternoon going CMA's f or these 4 folks and I will g o and  see them next week and list these houses. It has been a great day....I am tired...I will sleep well....and have a great Saturday with another listing appointment.  Ginger of Oak Island

If you find that you need to let go of the problems of the day, let me suggest that you go to the website of http://www.freerice.com.  You can help feed the hungry of the world.  It is great fun..Then if you need to sharpen your wits...go to http://www.sporcle.com and play a few mind games.I need to do this everyday just to let off some pressure.  Real estate is hard right now.Take care,Ginger of Southport

Can we do it all or do we need someone to do it for us   What sites are best for us to invest our time and money it?   Thinking of PoP goes the Wessel.....   Today I have been working on social networks and getting more confused.   We started out with Twitter, then facebook, then My Space, and then ended with Ping.    If we just worked on each one of these sites it would take hours to update each of these sites.  I find it difficult to even to Craigs List. Do you get results with it?   Hope that you all are doing better than I am right now.   Take care and stay in touch, Ginger of Southport

I have been going through websites and signing up to do BPO and REO.  It seems like I may get one a week. But i need  to list properties in the area that are being sold by Freddie or Fannie. I do not know where to get in touch with them to sign up.  Do you know?  and if you do...will you please point me in the right direction?   All help needed to begin this process

Fall is bringing us some buyers, finally.  It seems that we have been all frozen out of the real estate market but in the past week or so, buyers are returning to our quiet shores once again.  Fishing is good right now off the piers of Oak Island and surf casting has always been a favorite of mine, especially on East Beach on Bald Head Island.  A couple of years ago, I caught a 42 pound Drum.  What a treat.  Problem being that the fish was too big to keep according to NC Wildlife and Fisheries.  We had to throw him back.  The sunsets and the temperatures are great this time of year.   Love Southport in the FALL...
