To all Home builders and Sellers!!  Be careful when you pick your representative when selling or marketing your homes cause if you pick a wrong one and no matter how good the house and price you offered, it still hard to move or sell anything! nces It happened yesterday in a beautiful neighborhood but I saw a lots of vacant lots and they started to build 3 years ago and other nearby neighborhoods already sold out and I guess I know the reasons behind. I was trying to set up an appointment for my buyer yesterday and I called the Sales office to tell the onsite agent that my buyer and I would like to visit them but I told him we did look around other nearby neighborhoods.  The onsite agent immediately questioned " Did you try to ask your buyer not to consider our neighborhood?"  I was sho...

Morrisville is a hot spot of activity, with a great location between Cary, Raleigh, RDU International Airport, and the Research Triangle Park. Many residents live in Morrisville due to the easy commute to RTP.  Sometimes it is a compromise for a two-income household.  One person commutes to RTP, and the other may have an easy drive to employment centers in Cary, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill. With the extension of the freeway, NC 540 connecting West Cary and North Raleigh as it passes through Morrisville, the small town has become an easy jumping off point for many Triangle attractions. Residential building lots are mostly controlled by major national builders.  There are only a few that come to market now and then. And commercial assemblages also exist. Have you ever been stuck in traffic at the bottleneck at Morrisville Carpenter and HWY 54 in Morrisville? I know I have many times over the past 10 years.  However,  the long awaited $3.4 Million expansion has finally arrived.  Beginning Saturday April 25th Morrisville Carpenter Road will be closed from Church Street to NC 54 from four to six weeks to finalize the expansion.   It certainly will cause numerous traffic problems around the area until the expansion is complete.  However, the expansion has been long overdue.  Even though these roads are owned by the State, the Town of Morrisville passed the bond due to the importance of this heavily traveled corridor.  Click here to see a map of the planned changes.  Click here for a detour map.  The road expansions throughout Cary and Morri...
