 November 2017 home sales in Matthews, North Carolina (28105 zip code) saw home sale prices substantially increasing, but closed sales decreasing, more than likely due to lack of inventory. The average sale price of Matthews homes increased by 12.4% to just over $291,000 as compared with  the same period one year ago.  Average days on market for property listings were up by one day to 32 days. Median days on market  were down by one day to 9 days in November 2017. Average price per square foot increased by 7.1% to $121/square foot in November 2017 versus the same period in 2016.
