Weddington Trace in Marvin NC Has a New Builder New construction homes will begin closing again in Weddington Trace in October.   Construction in the neighborhood came to a halt about two years ago when the previous builder pulled out.  Standard Pacific Homes has purchased the remaining lots and built a new model home.
