I think that the best thing that we can do is to share the tips and ideas that are tried and work! A website translation site is systransoft.com.  It translates your works into the language that you choose. We are working with many latinos in the area and it is so good to be able to converse with them.  I have not written any contracts yet, but that will come. Another site that you may want to check out, as far as translation goes, is google.com/ig.  I have found more success with systransoft.com Take care and know I care, Ginger of Southport

Here's a terrific buy in Leland, NC, the hottest real estate market in Brunswick County in southeastern North Carolina (can you say "beaches and golf"?). This brand new home on a half acre is priced incredibly well. The back yard is half open for flexible use and half wooded for privacy. Very very nice open floor plan. You've got to see the inside of this house to experience all the cool design features the builders employed, spacious and gracious - it's equally great for entertaining and just everyday living. No HOA means no extra dues and you can park your boat and RV in the backyard. Check out the neighborhood, call me to check out the house!

Convenient to beaches, golf, shopping, highways, and pretty much everything you can think of, but it's also in an established neighborhood with NO HOA. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a wide open back yard just ready for your lifestyle. The price of $239,900 can not be beat for new construction on this size lot in Leland. Come take a look. This great listing in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation in Leland, NC is under contract. This is a clear indication that there are buyers out there and they will buy if the price is right! I've noticed in the last few months that paying attention to the news media about the market is pretty self-defeating. There ARE buyers, they CAN get mortgages, and they WILL close on contracts. So y'all can fret if you want, I'm busy marketing my listings. Oh yeah, and I'd love comments on the video. I'm experimenting with video in blogs and other places, so let me know what you think! thanks,

There's certainly a lot to like about this nifty home in the Magnolia Greens golf community in Leland, North Carolina. Nice size, great floor plan, perfect for entertaining inside and out. One of the best screened porches I've seen, fenced area in back yard with private woodsy area, too. Rocking chair front porch. Great condition on a quiet street. Oh, and P.S. you don't HAVE to play golf if you live in Magnolia Greens!

Tucked in near the back of Magnolia Greens you'll find this very pleasant home on a quiet street with larger than usual lots. 1153 Willow Pond Lane is a brick home with vinyl gable accents. The mature, varied landscaping is easy to care for and includes very interesting plantings. The main living area of the house has brand new upscale hardwood flooring. The room has built in bookcases, can lights in the ceiling, and of course a ceiling fan. There's also a gas log fireplace with mantle and a view to the wooded back yard through the screened porch. Here's another view of the main living room. As you can imagine you will spend a lot of time in this room, so use your imagination to place a couple of sofas, some easy chairs, lots of books, a cozy fire, and you sitting their all comfy and ha...

Today there are no hotels in Leland, North Carolina. On May 1st a "high-end" business class all-suites Comfort Suites hotel will open (coincidentally right next door to our office!). Three more hotels have either broken or are about to break ground in a 2 mile stretch. That is a clear sign of the times in OUR area.

Despite the gloom and doom reports regarding the present state of the housing market I am thoroughly convinced that right now is as good a time to buy a home as any in recent years given the fact that home prices in our market have fallen between 10% to 15%. What this means in real terms is that a house that would have cost $200,000 during the so-called “boom years” can now be purchased for somewhere between $170,000-$180,000! Sure loans are not as easy to get as they were in the past but I think that is a good thing. The practice of lenders handing out money like candy are gone but there are options available for the first time homebuyer. If you are currently renting, have a steady job, some money in the bank and a relatively low debt to income ratio, do yourself a favor and grab your ...

If you are looking to buy, there are definitely deals to be had, especially at the beach.Sellersshouldn't despair, however. Our local real estate market continues toshow signs of strength, especially when compared to other areas of thecountry. In New Hanover County, we are still noticing a steady increasein...
