 10 Hot Indian Trail, NC Neighborhoods To Watch In 2022 Indian Trail in Union County remains one of Greater Charlotte region's more affordable areas for homes, with any number of communities still selling in the $300,000's. 823 homes sold in the Indian Trail/28079 zip code area in 2021 at an average price of $387,770. This compares with 822 homes sold in 2020 at an average price of $312,761. Indian Trail home sellers received 103.2% of list price in final sale price in 2021 compared with 99.5% in 2020.
