Crismark Neighborhood in Greater Charlotte's Indian Trail, NCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight Crismark 2022 home sale prices increased 20%; median home sale prices increased 24%. The list to sale price ratio decreased by 1% in 2022, but was still almost 102%. And while average days on market increased in 2022, they were still quite low at just 17 days.  Appreciation in home sale prices in Crismark slowed in the Fourth Quarter 2022.
