Almost 3 years ago our real estate team started showing clients homes that were being built in the brand new community Fieldstone Farm in Indian Trail, NC. At that time the sales agents were promisin that a Resident's Club with full ammenities would be built during the summer. The buyers were all so excited about the pending clubhouse and all the ammenities that were going to be there too. Up until the last 3 weeks the above picture was just that sign on a vacant lot. I started having clients buy in Fieldstone Farm in Indian Trail, NC over 2 years ago. The first homes were built with huge promises of a wonderful Resident's Club being built that very Summer. Well here it is 2 years later and the ammenities are all in! Was it worth the wait? I would have to answer that question with a resounding YES!  For the last two plus years the only thing that you saw when you drove into Fieldstone Farm was a parking lot and a sign of a coming soon Residents Club, then slowly during that time a soccer field went in, followed by a nice children's playset area. Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2010 How did the Indian Trail NC real estate market fare in the second quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009? In Indian Trail NC, the single family average sales price for the first quarter 2010 increased dramatically over the first quarter rising almost to the 2009 average sales price.  The number of homes closed rose 70% most likely reflecting the federal tax credit stimulus.  Average days on market increased slightly. Indian Trail Real Estate Market Update Data acquired from the CMLS 3/1/2010 - 3/31/2010 In the month of March, 116 single family homes were added to the market of available inventory in Indian Trail, which currently stands at 324 homes. Of the available homes for sale, only 19 are labeled as either being a bank-owned property (acquired through foreclosure) or a short sale. 11 Indian Trail homes received notices of foreclosure through March 29. Thirty single family homes closed in March, 30% of which were either bank-owned or short sale. The number of sold units exceeded the home sales in Indian Trail in March 2009 when only 29 homes closed but the averages sales price was $180,590 and the average days on market was 102.
