Indian Trail NC Home Sales and Best Buys—November 2010 Update This is a summary of home sales transactions in Indian Trail NC since the beginning of November.  It includes statistics on closed listings, properties that have gone under contract, and current best buys.  Best buys are those properties that have had the greatest price reductions in the past two weeks on a percentage basis. Annandale in Indian Trail NC Has New Builder Legendary Communities, a homebuilder based in Georgia, is opening the final phase of construction in Annandale.  Annandale is an Indian Trail NC pool community located off Poplin Road.  Annandale’s resort-style amenities include a pool, cabana, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, nature trails and a dog park. Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—July-September 2010 How did the Indian Trail NC real estate market fare in the third quarter of 2010 and how does 2010 market activity compare with 2009? In the third quarter 2010, the average sales price in Indian Trail NC tumbled 11% from the second quarter 2010 and 13% from the 2009 average sales price.  The number of homes sold in the third quarter was a little more than half those sold during the second quarter.  There were no townhome or condominium sales in the third quarter.  These numbers most likely reflect slower sales after the end of the federal tax credit.
