Fieldstone Farm in Indian Trail NC—2010 Real Estate Market Update Fieldstone Farm in northern Indian Trail NC is a neighborhood under construction by Centex Homes.  Started in 2007, the neighborhood has an amenity center with swimming pool and playground.  Although surrounded by woods and farmland, Fieldstone Farm is located within a few miles of the Lawyers Road interchange with I-485 making the neighborhood accessible to shopping and northeast Charlotte. Indian Trail NC Opens New Crossing Paths Park The newest park in Indian Trail NC is called the Crossing Paths Park.  Located adjacent to the town hall on Blythe Road, Crossing Paths Park is the culmination of two years of planning and construction by the town. The Crossing Paths name comes from Indian Trail’s slogan and refers to the town’s history.  Indian Trail is located along the route of a colonial trading path with the Waxhaw Indians.
