I attended a Realtor lunch this week at 12 Oaks a beautiful Golf Community in Holly Springs NC. Touring the Nicklaus Designed Course that has been refurbished, club house with restaurant and first class service was a wonderful experience. We had several "Experienced Golfers" at the table that have played most all of the golf course in the Triangle who gave 12 Oaks Course a thumbs up! 12 Oaks has almost 100 homes sold or ready for buyers, take a ride out to the Parade Homes this weekend and see for yourself. Womble Park in Holly Springs is going to be getting excited this week-end!  For the return of DockDogs that is!  If you haven't been to one of the Carolina DockDogs event do yourself AND your pup a favor!  This year you'll even have a chance to prepare your budding diving dog for the competition...
