  Hi All!I am still wondering how to get Linking points in the system.  I have worked on this for an hour or so with no success.  I do not understand what a tag is either.  Tags are not key words.  How do you make these tags work when trying to get more exposure.  I sat through an hour webinar yesterday to learn some of this.  But guess I am just not that techy.I know that some of you are laughing at this old dog learning new tricks.  But at least I am willing to learn I am willing to learn..So email me or call me and teach me if you will. Ginger 05/14/2015

So if you read my last post and pursued those properties you’re now familiar with the Brunswick Islands. Perhaps you checked out Sunset Beach and Holden Beach while you were there, too. Those are the other two beaches that make up the Brunswick Islands off the coast of North Carolina. There is Holden Beach oceanfront property that you may have noticed while you were there. If no, you can always go back and take a look. Or you can go to the Carolina Plantations website and look up any Holden Beach oceanfront property you have an interest in and get a wealth of information right there. Are you dealing with more of the folks today.  Maybe there is more activity... WE are getting some great traffic right now.  I think that we are coming out of a deep sleep.   Open Houses historically have not been well received in our area and I am trying to come up with some very unusual ideas that will set my properties apart and draw more attention. Balloons, Flags, Flyers are just the norm here.  You have to spend a lot of money on catering or preparing food for the masses.  They will come to an Agent Open House if you feed them You are the experts and I has hoped that you would share some of your ideas.   I don't know about you all, but I am having a harder time pleasing the BPO  folks.  I am giving them  factual information based on our local MLS and the figures tell the truth.  They are wanting us to go back and get closer comparable properties  When nothing has sold in that area you must go outside that community to find comparable to do the analysis.   I am also finding, after I have done the work...they order has been canceled.   Then, we have spent our time and energy to do the work and will not be compensated for it. WE went to the Buffini Introduction in Raleigh about 2 weeks ago.  Many of us were very impressed with the presentation and there for 8 of us that believe what we heard and we are going to continue on with the course for the next 100 days.  I think it will jump start my real estate career of 29 years.  I am truly looking forward to this. Have you ever had short sale nightmares... Think of al the things that can go wrong. 1.  Seller declaring Bankruptcy with out telling you. 2.  Sellers seperated and getting a divorce 3.  A 2nd of the property that you did not know about 4.  Sellers with no money at all. 5.  Utilites cut off 6.  Furniture and Food left in house (no electricity) 7.  Bankruptcy Attorney working with one of the sellers....Closing Attorney with the other seller. 8.  Closing Secretary..out sick with the flu 9.  Buyer having to bring money to the table for the seller..   The list goes on and on.  Committment from the 1st lein holder and the 2nd lein holder agree that this can be done.   In our sales meeting, our discussion was centered around our fund raising for Habitat for Humanity. Our office has been making Christmas Wreaths for YOUR front Door.  We get together at night (about 10 of us) and sing carols with the radio and decorate these beautiful wreaths.  Sell them for $20 each.  We have made about $600. toward the house that we are building.
