The Town of Duck is proposing a strict Planting and Vegitation ordinance which will be read and voted on this Wednesday.  Many in the community oppose such a strict ordinance because the financial burden it will place on homeowners and businesses.  You can find a link to the proposed ordinance and other details at Outer Banks Real Estate.
