 I hate to burst your bubble, but summer is probably the worst time to try to sell your house in Corolla. If you look at the chart below, you will see that sales peak in the middle of June, when the summer season officially starts, and drops off until October when it starts to slowly pick back up.The reason for this is two fold. The first and biggest reason is the lack of available opportunity for buyers to make a home purchase. The middle of June is when the majority of schools across the country close for the summer. This is when the no vacancy signs start popping up as the vacationers swell the population of Corolla to unmanageable numbers.
