Average and median days on market were each one day.  Ardrey Neighborhood In Charlotte's Ballantyne AreaReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 4 - 2020  Eight homes sold in Ardrey in the 4th Quarter 2020. Average sale price during the fourth quarter was $579,969. The median sale price for the quarter was $555,000 At the end of the fourth quarter, no homes were listed for sale. At quarter-end, two Ardrey homes were in contract.  Average days on market for Ardrey homes sold in the fourth quarter were 5, while median days on market were one. Ardrey homes sold almost as quickly as they came on the market.   Southampton Neighborhood in Charlotte's Ballantyne AreaReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight Quarter 4 - 2020 Southampton in Ballantyne saw five homes sell at an average sale price of $339,714 during the fourth quarter of 2020, one more than the number of sales in the fourth quarter of 2019. Median sale price for these five Southampton homes was $350,000. Sellers received 98.5% of their listing price in final sale price.  Average days on market in the fourth quarter were 27 days. New listings were flat year-over-year (only four). At fourth quarter-end, no Southampton home were under contract and no homes were listed for sale.
