 Raintree Home Sales Report: February 2021 Raintree neighborhood in south Charlotte was a perfect example of how critically low listing inventory is throughout the Greater Charlotte area. Just two homes sold in February 2021 and just three homes were listed for sale. This lack of inventory drove home sale prices up significantly: up 32.6%. Sellers received 99.6% of asking price in final sale price.  Novant Health Breaks Ground For The Ballantyne Medical Center Novant Health broke ground on February 25th for its new 38-acre Ballantyne Medical Center campus, which will include a hospital and a 56,000-square-foot medical office building. The Center's services will include emergency care, inpatient care, women’s care (including birthing suites), expanded diagnostic services, and surgical services.
