Charlotte NC's second self-serve TCBY store is now open at the Blakeney shopping center in Ballantyne and they'll be hosting a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday September 25th.  If you're in the area, stop by the brand new Blakeney TCBY this Saturday September 25th and get a free cup of fro yo! The two locations aren't identical, though they're both self-serve where you choose your own flavors and portion size then add whatever toppings you want and pay by the ounce.  Honestly ...

Blakeney-Ardrey Homes and Neighborhoods South Charlotte real estate has always been a safe bet. Whether it was south Charlotte close to uptown (like Myers Park), or further south in Charlotte, down near Ballantyne.  It seems that the Ballantyne development had grown so fast, that it has gushed over its original borders. This new hot spot is Blakeney, located in the vicinity of Ardrey Kell and Rea Road. Ballantyne was so popular from the onset, it was a natural to re-create parts of it, just two miles down the road. The land was available, the infrastructure was in place, and walah!, we have a brand new pedestrian friendly shopping center. Complete with a Target store, Black and White, Victoria's Secret, Anne Taylor's Loft, it goes on...Boardwalk shoes, Marshalls, another Harris Teeter...
