Charlotte Luxury Homes Market March 2025 Update: Prices Up, Sales Up    YEAR-OVER-YEAR TRENDS IN CHARLOTTE REGION'S LUXURY SINGLE FAMILY HOME MARKET    New Listings and Inventory   In March 2025, the luxury home market saw a 36.5% increase in new listings compared with March one year ago. Inventory levels also experienced a rise, increasing by 22.8% from the same month one year ago. Reavencrest Home Sales Update: Quarter 1-2025Prices, Sales, Days On Market, Inventory Kept Reavencrest A Home Seller's Market Single-family home sales in Ballantyne's popular Reavencrest remained steady in Q1 2025, with two properties sold—identical to the number sold in Q1 2024. Both the average and median sale prices were unchanged year-over-year, and the average price per square foot held firm at $285. Thornhill Real Estate Q1-2025: Inventory Up, Prices & Sales Dip, But Still A Seller's Market Home sales in Thornhill fell 20% in Q1-2025, with just four homes sold compared with the same quarter last year. The average sale price declined by 14%, while the median sale price dropped 11%. Average price per square foot also decreased 7% to $224. Some of this price drop can be attributed to the mix of homes sold this quarter versus the same quarter one year ago. Inventory doubled year-over-year, with eight homes listed for sale, contributing to downward pressure on prices.
