Market Report JAN 2022 - Providence SpringsHow's the Real Estate Market in Providence Springs?    Providence Springs, being a community of only 128 homes, typically does not have a large selection of homes on the market - we've had low turnover in Providence Springs, year-after-year.  Some years, there are more relocation sellers than others and due to the pandemic, we are seeing a bit of a slow down in the relocation business this year than in normal years. The economy continues at a steady pace, as our Providence Springs market improvements continue to demonstrate.  If you're a buyer, interested in a fabulous, neighborly community on the NORTH side of Highway 51 in a great school zone, visit www.ProvidenceSpringsInfo.com for more information on this popular Charlotte luxury community....
