Saturday Silly and Lucky Numbers I have always believed in Lucky Numbers. I know it's kind of SILLY but I it's true for me. Kind of like a Gut Feeling.  I don't play numbers or bet but when a series of numbers come up that have meaning to me, I always have something good happen that day. My Lucky Numbers have absolutely nothing to do with Math.  Math and me do not get along.  It's just the sequence of numbers that I like for some reason. ActiveRain is where you can learn a thing or two just by reading all the comments. I recently attended a local OPEN HOUSE in CAROLINA SHORES, NORTH CAROLINA.  I brought up the topic of blogging and a few local Realtors began speaking about ActiveRain.   Now I must admit I wasn't too surprised to hear that many Realtors like to JUST READ (we all start out that way don't we)  The majority of Realtors in my neck of the woods just don't seem to get the Blogging thing on Active Rain. A few of them admitted they would rather read all the blogs and comments than blog themselves??!! Hello, seriously, jump on board fellow Realtors and join the FUN ... Grand Strand Coffee Shop is located at 9869 Ocean Highway (Highway 17, runs from south end of Myrtle Beach to Wilmington and beyond) in the Food Lion shopping center on the corner of Country Club Drive in Carolina Shores.  Eric opened the shop several years ago after working for a coffee shop chain, and his business has quickly gained in popularity.  It is a favorite gathering space all times of day but especially in the morning.  His staff is friendly and well-trained whether the customer orders a plain cup of coffee or a more exotic drink, and unlike some of the chains, the drinks are consistently well made.  He keeps a variety of baked goods but by far the most popular are the scones.  A light menu is available all through the day; there is even a drive thru window if you are in a hu... 05/19/2010

I had such a great time going on a listing appointment with a friend of mine tonight.  She and I teamed up because she know the area where she lives better that  I do.  Therefore, I asked her to show the properties in her community and then she and I would list their house in the other community since I know it better.  Sometimes two heads  are better than one, and I think I know when that is. It is a lovely saturday with Bill out in the Atlantic kicking up some waves on our shore.   Not bad at this  time. Today, we had 2 of our grandchildren with us enjoying country life.  Joshua is 3 and his sister Marissa if 1.  Those ages really keep you hopping.  When nap time came, only grandma wanted to nap. We had a great day in Durham today with Jimmy's 92 year old mother.  She is still a vibrant person with lots of get up and go. The first thing that we did was to take her  to the grocery store so that shw could buy the things that she needs for the next week. Then on to the Radio Shack so that we could get her Internet to work for her. Back home  and out to Dinner. Just got home about 20 minutes ago, We are about ready to call it a day.
