I know a lot of smart home buyers are waiting for the bottom of the prices for homes before making their decision to buy, and it looks like that time may be here.  We are seeing the signs of recovery starting with the gas prices going back down, along with the price of oil, gold, corn, and other key indicators showing that there is a turn around in the economy happening that should drive up mortgage rates, especially since the freddie/fannie reinforcement by the federal governments latest actions.  Let me assure you, this may not be the exact day, but the give or take a very short period of time, we are there as far as home buying processes are concerned.  You will not find a better time to buy than right now, I believe, and it may be another ten years before we see the timing any bette...

Most people think of Branson when the Table Rock Lake topic comes to mind. So it would amaze most people to find out that there is more property on that lake available in Galena and Reeds Spring than Branson.  Another thing about this area, the prices are a lot more affordable for the average retiree looking to relax and fish away the golden years they worked so hard to enjoy.  Just got my Social Security statement yesterday and it looks like I will have to work till I am 70 before I can retire now, up five years from the last time I looked at it a few years back.  So glad I already live here so I can enjoy this beautiful country in the meantime.  You are never too young to move to the Ozarks and enjoy our unique lifestyle and still live close enough to work in Branson or Springfield at...

My first visit to Reeds Spring gave me such a different perspective of the community than I now have that it is easy to see why people do not realize what a gem of the Ozarks this area really is.  Bypassed by the new US Hwy 13 route to Branson West, the town has adjusted and is making a great recovery by becoming a quiet and quaint little town instead of an extension of busy and bustling Branson West.  People are starting to buy to live in the Reeds Spring area and work in the Branson West businesses.  Works out well for locals and many that are moving into the area are catching on.  With the new US Hwy 13 bypass aiding the circumspection of traffic through Branson West, it is obvious that the property in Reeds Springs quiet little community will become more an more valueable as time go...
