Recently I had the opportunity and to be the Secret Reader of the Week for Mrs. Miller's  kindergarten class at High Point Elementary in Nixa!  When I arrived the children were so excited to see me.  Mrs. Miller gave clues all week to the kids so they could try and guess who would be the secret reader. Mrs. Miller had several books ready for me to choose from.  When I asked the children what their favorite book was they immediately said, "No David!".  The kids knew it by heart and they read along with me. This is due to the first time homeowner tax credit and hopefully an upturn in the general market. As you can see, the absorption rates are very good for all but the highest price ranges indicating a seller's market.
