Septic System - Brand New, Code Inspected...(and flowing waste down to the neighbor)

Last summer, a popular Ozark lake was later discovered (after the big Memorial Day weekend) to be heavily contaminated with E coli....a nice way of describing human poop. Accordingly, our state and a few counties have begun to put emphasis on the antiquated and poorly built private waste disposal systems that surround the Ozark lakes among the hills like the side of a toilet bowl....with each heavy rain acting as a "flush". When my client called to schedule his home inspection, I recommended to him that he have the septic system inspected as well. "The house was built in 2007 and the septic was installed at that time.
