So we are a couple of days into October and just slipping in these August Waldo home sales stats--took a few days of vacation!! Anyway, several houses for sale in Waldo, with a wide range of prices--usually the ones that sit on the market for a while don't sell right away due to price and/or condition. Home values remain strong!
