    If you are a Chicago native you can look anywhere in the city and a stone’s throw away are brownstones which dot the streets in a row house format. Originally designed to hold large families in the 80s, 90s and 2000s developers purchased these structures and subdivided them into smaller spaces making them attractive for single and couples dwellers.  Not so much the case in Minneapolis where only a few select neighborhoods brownstones remain.  The Lenox Brownstones in Minneapolis had the same fate.  In the early 2000s a local developer literally raised the entire building to construct one level of underground parking.  Then proceeded to divide out 28 units which sold very quickly.  Surprisingly the downtown Minneapolis market has a lack of this type of inventory.  To find out more ab...
