Martin's Meadows Andover MN News Martin's Meadows is a scenic development located in Andover MN.   Pizza Ranch coming soon to Andover MN I have heard the excitement around town so I rode my bike past the new building site in Andover. I snapped a quick photo showing proof that the rumors are true, Pizza Ranch is coming to Andover. The foundations have been laid but no walls are up yet so I would guess we are a few months off from trying their pizza. Friends from our church are the new owners. Closed sales are up considerably combined with a slight drop in new listings has put home sellers into the drivers seat. Closed sales are up over 16% while new listings were down just under 6%.
