So you’ve started up your property marketing firm, you’ve got business cards printed up, you customized marketing pieces, established your pricing, launched your virtual tour website, and you even put that beautiful logo on your vehicle.  Now what?  I'll tell you what...it’s time to make some noise about your personal brand and what makes your service offering attractive to your customer base, unique, and in demand.  Making noise about your virtual tour company is a great way to create exciting content to blog about and also let people know that you’re a legitimate company.  During my first year as a TC virtual tour company I tried to schedule a press release for at least once every quarter or so.  I made sure not to launch everything or even too many things at once.  I always saved a p...

If you reacted at all like I did you were sitting at your computer during the last episode of “The Pitch” with a HUGE smile on your face. You had a vision of yourself in front of a group of real estate agents and they were all looking back at you nodding in harmony. When Alan Fon finished half way though his pitch your mind wandered and you thought to yourself, “Self, if your pitch was anything like this we would be doing hundreds of virtual tours each year!” Well guess what?? You most likely 100% correct on that. RTV dealers with a good sales pitch, our product and a shred of confidence in their corner go head to head with their local competitors and shoot hundreds of virtual tours a year. Alan Fon producer of thousands of Corpus Christi Virtual Tours is back to deliver the second half...

This year we would like as many of you to make our monthly webinars as possible.  It recently came to our attention that many of you think that our last minute show reminders are our only way for you to register for a show.  This of course would leave you with very little time to register and plan for our event and is not the case.   In fact, RTV typically has a show scheduled in advance one to two weeks before the show is released making it VERY simple for you to register for each show in advance.  To register for an RTV event simply follow these three easy steps below. Login to your virtual tour software manager http://tms.realtourvision.com On the left navigation click on the button that says The FORMULA / The IMAGE On the registration page read the details regarding the up and comin...

Tour Builder 4.0 is now here! RTV is so excited that this product has been released. Our main goal was to simplify the tour building process, move tour storage online, and make updates and edits easier than ever. We hope we’ve met those goals. I know a lot of you have burning questions about how to make your first tour using Tour Builder 4.0. I have written some simple directions for our current dealers to use to fast track building their first virtual tour using the new system. The directions assume you’ve built a tour before and that you remember how to do it. If you haven’t created your first tour, or it has been a long time, then I recommend downloading the complete manual at this link: http://support.realtourvision.com/downloads/TourBuilder4-TMS.pdf   Everyone else can just forge a...

Happy New Year from RTV's Tour Track team! I hope everyone had a great year, I know we did! From the sound of things most of our virtual tour providers saw about a 30% increase in business this year. Here’s a recap of how well Tour Track did this year.  Tour Track photographers shot, processed and delivered roughly 1500 jobs and were paid over $300,000 for their work!! Our top performers in the RTV virtual tour network earned over $10,000 and we had 21 dealers make over $3,000.  Fantastic! Some things to watch for this coming year. We’ll be working hard to rewrite and edit our order details to make them more clear, concise and informative. We've listened to your requests for earning more money on the jobs that take longer and we're working hard with existing contracts to do just that. F...

Having a customer that is ten days out on a one or two hundred dollar invoice is NOT grounds for throwing the relationship away but turning off their service. Here's my advise on knowing when to say when and how you should approach collection on accounts. Enjoy the video! RealTourVision Virtual Tour Software & Digital Marketing Training  866-947-8687 Ext 4
