Kingswood Estates is a friendly community of quality homes. Kingswood Estates Subdivision is situated in beautiful Shelby Township, Michigan. We are located in Southeast Michigan within Macomb County, Michigan.    This site was established by David Elya to allow the residents of the Kingswood Estates Community to place ads and announce events that could benefit everyone.
